DESCRIPTION
The fully automatic capsule filling machine is a device that fills powder, particles, or small pieces of materials into hollow capsules. This product adopts a plug type filling, intermittent operation, variable frequency speed regulation, and is suitable for powder or micro pill shaped capsule drugs to automatically complete the work of seeding, dividing, filling, (waste bag removal) locking, and final product output.
Introduction
● Adopting a cam down design, a pressure atomization oil pump is added to maintain lubrication in the cam groove, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the components.
● Adopting touch screen control display, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and digital display for easy operation and eye-catching and intuitive display.
● All parts that come into contact with drugs are made of stainless steel accessories, a fully enclosed organic glass workbench, and equipped with a vacuum cleaner.
● Based on the lower plane of the measuring plate, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is adopted, with even gaps to ensure the difference in loading and accurate measurement, controlled within ± 3.5%.
● Added capsule control switch design (for safer and more convenient control outside the body)
